VAT Specific

We act for both overseas business doing business in the UK, and UK businesses doing business in other countries and can:

• Assist with VAT registrations in the UK and elsewhere
• Act as VAT agent within the UK
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, EC Sales Lists and Intrastat Returns within the UK
• Work with our partners to assist clients to do this outside the UK
• Provide opinions on the VAT structuring of transactions in the UK and elsewhere
• Assist within the development of VAT strategies
• Deal with HMRC in respect of decisions and assessments, including penalty assessments

Fees

We feel we are competitive.  We prefer to work on fixed fees for identifiable pieces of work, but are equally happy work on a traditional time and materials basis (based on €1250 per day) or on a results basis
